COOKING IN A CAMPING WAS NEVER SO EASY
Cooking in a camping can be a difficult and complicated task that alters holiday plans, but there are many tools available to make this task simple. So, take your cooking utensils and your chef's hat and write down all of our recommendations!
To start preparing food outdoors in a camping, the first thing to think about is where you're going to cook. For this, there are all kinds of electric stoves, gas stoves and barbecues. Among so many options it may be difficult to choose which method is right for you, here comes into play the kind of food you are going to cook and, above all, how many people you are going to cook. Our camping has a barbecue area with free access for all our guests that will allow you to cook your grilled dishes whenever you want.
One of the things that differentiates between a holydays in a camping of holidays in a hotel is that you have to cook and for this you need food and a way to keep them. Sometimes we can have small refrigerators for caravans and campers, but in the absence of the same when we stayed in a convecional tent, we are forced to look for other options. In this case, we can opt for "the typical beach cooler" filled with ice to transport the fresh food that you bring from home, replenishing the ice daily in the camping. Another trick is to vacuum pack the food, either using a packer.
Canned food can save you from many emergencies as they do not need any refrigeration and have an extended expiration date. Foods such as rice or pasta, cookies, soup envelopes, milk, juice or muffins accompany this. The fruit and vegetables can be stored at room temperature so that they can be perfectly taken out of the refrigerator.
If you do not want to eat your head and fight with food to keep it fresh for a long time, in our supermarket you will find all the products that you need first quality and always fresh. You can also choose to taste the dishes of our restaurant or the breakfasts of our cafeteria. Escape to Camping Mougás!
